This Health provider is not efficient at all ..Very poor communication ! They dont return calls and the financial statements dont make sense 3 people transitioned to the Careside from another Provider thinking they will receive better service .. There website states they are contactable 24 hours and there not ! Honestly ..extremley unsatisfactory !!
My Mum's Carer is very asstute and observant and communicates with me of any changes where Mum is concerned. She is always very punctual. Very happy with the service provided by Mum's Carer.
Found Su dads care manager to be very competent and listened and actioned all of dad’s requests. Very happy with the service from Careside
We moved from a different provider to The CareSide based on the recommendation of one of their clients (who had also moved from their first provider). We have now signed up another family member and recommended The CareSide to a 3rd (interstate) family member who will also sign with the CareSide. The CareSide's fees are much lower than the first provider, and the service is MUCH better (in our opinion the service provision is the main requirement, the lower fees are a bonus). CareSide really go out of their way to help wherever they can be of assistance. Recently as there were no Family members able to take them, one of CareSide's Carers drove my Father & Mother to their Son in laws funeral, a three hour drive each way! It ended up an 8 hour day after the funeral service and following wake.
