My wife has visited hear for about 5 years for reviews - last review showed surgery was required - Simon was not rushed in giving of his time to explain process - waiting room displays reason why delays can be expected so we are not worried about waiting a bit longer - staff we have found to be excellent - would highly recommend Simon for someone in need of cardiology service.

This is literally the worst experience I have ever had. Staff were discriminative against me and forced the wearing of a mask during strenuous physical activity which resulted in dizziness and shortness of breath. This was counterproductive as stress inflated the heart rate and gave false results. For the price I paid this company is disgusting. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Booked in for a Heart Stress Echo test two months ago. I missed 4 calls in preceding days to the appointment but no msgs were left on my phone. No text or email followed. I called on the morning of my appointment to find they had cancelled it because they couln't contact me. They left a msg with GP but they did not contact me. I called the clinic back to ask why no msg was left on they said my msg service was inactive. I then check and confirmed it was not working and have now reset it.
