I Paid $28+Tip and they Didn't even clean inside the car.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After my horrible experience at Magic Hands (crappy place across the street) I came to The Car Wash and spoke to Mike the manager asking about the other place, he was nice enough not to bash the other place but offered to wash my car free of charge to earn my business. It came out flawless! My car was tip top clean...trust me i checked it a million times. I offered to pay and he wouldn’t allow it. DEFINITELY have found my new Carwash place. The worst car wash in Miami... after being told that the $17 wash didn’t include inside vacuum (never heard that in my life) I opted for the $22 wash! Same outcome. Got home and upon getting a damp towel to clean the seats, inside of the doors and front panel (it had not been touch) I looked under the drivers seat (it was in plain sight) and you could see cookie crumbs, chips, etc etc, although I paid for the inside vacuum... After an hour wait, the car still wasn’t ready. i finally got in my car and left, with a wet car! A wasted $25 and time...Oh well...
They are very efficient and pleasant while doing a good job, they always tell you if there is a long wait- much appreciated
My puppy and I had a great time. Car looked good. Staff were really friendly.
Mike was willing to help and was able to assist me right away with a huge water issue in my car.
