My experience living at the Capstone has been mixed. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. However, the following issues have made me reconsider staying. Cons: 1. Heating and hot water can't run at the same time — hot water often shuts off mid-shower in winter and doesn't come back. After many reports and even a heater replacement, the issue still exists. 2. Windows don’t seal properly, letting in cold air during winter and heavy BBQ smoke from the yard all year round. Maintenance has tried to fix it several time... read more
Brokers beware - this building does not pay out you bring your clients in register them Then the building claims you never registered them even though you have emails with proof. It’s impossible to get a hold of the leasing manager, James Crenshaw.
Beautiful building in a great area. The grounds are well maintained and the move-in process was very easy for me thanks to Julian who gave me a tour and helped me get my parking pass.
