Beautiful building in a great area. The grounds are well maintained and the move-in process was very easy for me thanks to Julian who gave me a tour and helped me get my parking pass.
A beautiful, well-managed, environment-friendly residential building with fantastic amenities (swimming pool, gym, indoor and rooftop lounges, conference rooms,indoor kiddies playroom and a pet salon, among others). I chose the Capstone after an apartment search in the Jersey City/Hoboken/West NY area. The facilities are immaculate, the area is quiet and has great access to Manhattan. And a big bonus for me, there are walkable coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. The apartments are beautiful, but the service is what has impressed most. The leasing process was seamless. Great building, awesome amenities, lovely community, and the management and concierge are fantastic. Chanelly, the senior leasing agent, is the most responsive, kind, and thorough leasing agent I’ve ever worked with. 10/10 would recommend.
