The Capstone is truly a wonderful building and community to be a part of. My family moved here from NYC with the intent to only be here for a year, but keep extending our lease due to the convenient location, stunning views, and great amenities. The building staff- particularly Evy, Kevin, and Chris- make the Capstone truly feel like “home” instead of just a place to live. My kids love making their rounds to check in with them, and they are always met with a smile and kindness.
Living at the capstone can best be described as seamless. Staff is friendly with great attention to detail (shoutout Kevin & monica!) Bus stop is right in front with close access to the ferry. I never had issues with AC/hot water or noise. We are only moving as we are relocating to nyc. I highly recommend!
This apartment has been a great choice so far—the facilities are very complete, and I was surprised to see many amenities here that I hadn’t seen in other apartments. It really feels like a well-designed place to live. The front desk staff and leasing office here are all very welcoming and patient, which made a great impression on me when moving in. Writing a new post after living at Capstone for 4 years! Our kids and family love our apartment, the community, and the amenities, which are very well-kept. Shout out to Evy (Dorcas Heredia) and James from the Veris leasing team, who are always so kind, caring and responsive. We also love management, and maintenance is always very timely!
