I just moved into The Capstone last week and I'm very satisfied with my choice. The building is still new and modern, well-maintained and offers variety of amenities. I recently made the move from NYC to The Capstone and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the first time visiting and touring the property with Evy I knew it was the right choice. It was actually the only apartment I toured.. Now a few months in and it’s better than I could have imagined. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. I moved in about 4 months ago and so far I've had a great experience. The property is well maintained and staff is top notch. Special shout out to my leasing agent, Evy- she's been amazing. Always responsive, always a smile, she even says hi to my dogs :) Kevin and Monica at concierge have gone way above and beyond. I got super sick and a family member got in contact with them asking if they can check if I'm alive. Kevin even got me meds at the pharmacy.. I couldn't believe it. My experience living at the Capstone has been mixed. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. However, the following issues have made me reconsider staying. Cons: 1. Heating and hot water can't run at the same time — hot water often shuts off mid-shower in winter and doesn't come back. After many reports and even a heater replacement, the issue still exists. 2. Windows don’t seal properly, letting in cold air during winter and heavy BBQ smoke from the yard all year round. Maintenance has tried to fix it several time... read more
