Lovely!! – This was our first trip to Ojai and we were so glad to have chosen the Capri Motel as our place to stay. Although the Capri Motel does not say much from the outside our thoughts completely changed when we first entered our room. It was very bright and clean; the bed was very comfy and the white linens were like the ones we have at home! A nice touch was the huge flat screen tv with dvd player as well as the Ipod dock station . All this felt great once we were back from our hike and we had such a nice place to wind... read more
Great place to stay and Christopher makes it AWESOME!! – This little gem is a great place to stay with kids and pets. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. The selling point for me is the staff. The manager, Christopher, is so nice and accommodating. He knows Ojai like the back of his hand and can guide you to wherever and whatever you want to do. We have been there twice now and intend to keep going back.
Terrible Motel – This is a really old motel that was "remodeled" to look a little more hip. There s a plazma tv in the room, but you have to turn on a vcr to watch television, very old fashioned. The air conditioner is extra loud, took forever to heat up the room. The coffee maker did not work. There were bikes for guests, but they had flat tires. There was only one staff for the entire motel, and check in takes forever. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was a computer in the lobby for guests, but the printer didn't ... read more
