Would star 0 stars if I could. They scrub their Yelp page of negative reviews. I lived here for nearly 6 months and it was the WORST place I ever lived. Roaches, allowed constant Airbnbing AND Airbnbed units directly themselves constantly, super dirty lobby, tenants breaking into other tenant apartments, building fire alarms going off at 3 am, tenants throwing garbage in the hallways and elevator, extremely loud neighbors, creaking floors, the list truly could go on. I rarely write negative reviews but I wanted to share my honest experience about living here. The building is beautiful, the views are great and the location is very walkable. But they raise the rent the max they can raise it. Our rent goes up about $300 every year. They are pricing us out so soon we will not be able to afford to live here any longer. I lived at Capri for 5yrs. It was a great building, amenities were always kept clean and functioning and the building workers would jump on any task that had an issue. A new management company took over in 2024/25 and ever since then it has gotten worse and worse. We use to have a nice pool area with more than enough layout chairs (12) to sit on and now there are none. Nothing gets replaced. Apartment appeared to really take advantage of rent hikes right after the Palisades fire when those people were renting many of the vacant units. Then when you move out they try to nickel and dime out of your security deposit. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They like to hold parking fees over your head and act like they did you a favor of the waive the fees. Most units in the area do not play this game. It is a nice location though but there are many options in that area.
