I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the leasing office staff. They were very nice and informative, showing me units that weren't ready yet. The building was exceptionally clean, especially the hallways, and it was very quiet and peaceful.
Love the apartment and Lea in the leasing office was great. There is some noise but it’s apartment life. Had a maintenance issue my first week, submitted a work order and an hour later it was fixed. Can walk or ride my beach cruiser to plenty of fun places. Also, the weather isn’t too bad either.
