I lived at Capri for 5yrs. It was a great building, amenities were always kept clean and functioning and the building workers would jump on any task that had an issue. A new management company took over in 2024/25 and ever since then it has gotten worse and worse. We use to have a nice pool area with more than enough layout chairs (12) to sit on and now there are none. Nothing gets replaced. Apartment appeared to really take advantage of rent hikes right after the Palisades fire when those people were renting many of the vacant units. Then when you move out they try to nickel and dime out of your security deposit. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They like to hold parking fees over your head and act like they did you a favor of the waive the fees. Most units in the area do not play this game. It is a nice location though but there are many options in that area.

I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the leasing office staff. They were very nice and informative, showing me units that weren't ready yet. The building was exceptionally clean, especially the hallways, and it was very quiet and peaceful.
