Capital Grille is one of the few remaining high-end steakhouses in the downtown Dallas area. Bask in the wood-dominated décor and the old-school attentive service (complete with waitstaff business cards). Note the pictures of old Texas lawmakers gazing down from the wall, and if you ask, the staff can rattle off a few facts about each. It was a really busy Saturday, but once we got seated with free Champagne it didn’t matter about the wait. What did matter was the tone of dress that people were seated in. One man had on a tank top and sandals and upon leaving another was seated with a baseball cap. The Grille is not cheap so you would think that they would enforce a little bit of dress code.
This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything from the ambience, service (including valet and all staff) and especially the food was the best. Thank you for making my Birthday dinner absolutely wonderful!
Loved the lobster mac and cheese! Just the right amount of cheese, butter and lobster flavor that melts in your mouth! Yummy!
I highly recommend Capital Grille to anyone who haven't yet tried this fine establishment...I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the company...I recommend it to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed 5 Stars �����
