Fabulous all around experience! The food and atmosphere was over the top!
My experience at the Capitol Grill was nothing less than stellar. My reservation was for 7:30 but we arrived a half hour early and were seated right away. As someone in the service field, I always take note of my waiter or waitress and their attentiveness and demeanor. Lawrence was remarkably well read in all parts of his job from cocktail to dessert. Fabulous service and the food was scrumptious! I ordered the Bone-in Kona Crusted Dry Aged NY Strip with Shallot Butter and it was delicious.
