We have been going to capital grille in providence for our anniversary for over 10 years. I have always been overly impressed. Since they loved I feel as though there is nothing special anymore about the experience. My filet was over cooked and the service was not much Bette than outback. We probably will discontinue the tradition.
I ordered the Filet medium and it was very undercooked. I sent it back and again it came back undercooked. For a restaurant that has built its reputation on steak and their ability to cook it. They were way off on how to correctly cook a filet medium well. I had to send it back a third time and they finally got it right. Unimpressed!!! Will not be returning!!!
Absolutely horrid service. 6:30 reservation and at 6:56 we left. No one came to apologize at all. We asked twice and there was no answer or estimate as to when we would seat. No thank you.
Amazing food, amazing service when u drop $250 on tha bill for nothing less than perfect then its def worth it............ Dave tha waiter oustanding service thanks for helping to make a good idea a great time.

Everything exceeded my expectations, from the appetizers to the entrees to our amazing dessert! There wasn't a single bite that didn't leave me wanting more!
