First dinner experience- not impressed!! Ordered filet mignon received it overcooked, second round under cooked and third time ate it because I was hungry at that point. Sides were cold because they didnt serve us fresh ones - they put what they originally served under a warmer. I expected much better service. This was my 1st time there, Excellent food and Tom was a wonderful server. I am looking forward to my next visit.
My family and I had the most delicious meal last night! Chef Matt, made us feel special. There were 3 people in our party, that had birthdays. The meals and dessert were perfection! We will be coming back again! Great atmosphere, great waiters, great service. My 92 year old mother in law, enjoyed her lobster immensely! Thank you!
Went out last night for my birthday and it was great! Hands down best service I have ever experienced! The food was amazing, I got the kona rubbed steak and my girlfriend who does not eat steak had the filet. She finshed the whole thing and said it was one of the best meals she has had. Good job everyone from Meagan, our waitress to the manager whom I forgot his name.
The Capital Grille is the perfect place for any occasion. It was one of my best friends birthdays, her 22. We were greeting by the wonderful valets who smiled and took etrxa care of our car. Our hostess were warm and inviting; but the highlight was truly our server, Nicole; she went above and beyond the call of duty making sure my friend had an extra special night. I called 2 hours before a friend and her boyfriend were going to celebrate her birthday dinner. I asked for a plate of oysters and champagne be sent to their table. I gave them everything short of a blood sample over the phone and they NEVER sent the food!!! So I called. And a manager, "Chris," apologized profusely and offered to make it right by sending my friend a gift card... surprise, surprise... they didn't do that either. I've been a fan of all the other Capital Grilles I've been to, but this one... has failed.
