My husband and I were staying at the Biltmore for a couple of days visiting our daughter at the University. We came in for after dinner drinks and asked for a Tito's, Seltzer and Lime. I was told no seltzer so I said...OK sparkling water. In addition to the drinks we were charged for the entire bottle of water that we never received. Not to mention hearing the staff complain about shifts, pay, etc. Poor!
first time in the new location bartenders are very friendly atmosphere beautiful but we will come back because they understand customer service which is make people feel special A +++
Absolutely unforgettable evening. We will be going every year on that date for the rest of our lives. Amazing food, even better service.

Food was absolutely amazing! Our waiter Ken was the best!! The lobster and crab cakes were phenomenal and are a must try!!
