The Canyons are beautiful and the prices are fair, but please be aware of their application process fees. Once you apply for an apartment, they will automatically charge you for the security deposit regardless if you signed your lease or not. Be aware that this deposit is refundable only if you sign a lease. Meaning, if you pay the application fee, you will automatically be charged for the deposit fee and won't get it back. Wanted to update my review after about 6 months of living here. It's still a great property but two things that I *wanted* to use all the time aren't maintained well at all. The volleyball court for one, has way too low of a net and they don't even have lines out there, so no one can actually play volleyball if they're serious about the game. Second is the sauna. I asked Jaila if she could turn the sauna on once or twice a day when she's working but so far every time I go it has been ice cold. She barely even acknoledged me ... read more
