Great place! Attached direct access garages. Quite and safe. Floorplans are good and any maintenance is tended to promptly. Staff plans nice activities for residents. Location is the best! Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend
5 stars for the complex . . . 0 stars for the current entry gate situation.
If there was option for zero stars I would put that. The new management at this complex has zero common sense. I and other residents been having issues getting through the gates due to a new app the complex is using that they refuse to help me with. I service the residents of this complex daily and all they do is make it more difficult for me to make my deliveries from the outside they’re very appealing but from resident stand points I advise you to else where try The Elm they have a great management team.
The property itself is beautiful but stay away… none of the amenities are ever functioning or open. Their fob system is a joke and does not work. If you ever have a question or need maintenance no point in calling, you will not hear back. One of the kitchen drawers fell apart just by being opened. Lots of bugs, overpriced, and ridiculous fees.
Lived here 5 years and haven’t had much problems till recently new neighbors moved in. Constantly have their children outside and in breezeways screaming and playing. Sounds like a Chuck E. Cheese outside my apartment night and day. Also the upstairs neighbor moved in and is constantly walking around loudly at all times of the night. Cops have been called as well as leasing office 4 times and nothing has been done.
