They keep changing the lease to ridiculous levels, having to give one of our pets away due to change in amount of animals allowed from 3 to 2. New maintenance crew that has caused multiple issues and contractors that have rebuilt the bathroom to such a lazy degree. Smoking is no longer allowed not even vapes within twenty feet from the the premises. Certain beverages are no longer allowed in like alcohol the pool. I lived here for over a year and recently moved out. My apartment had been recently renovated and was very nice. Never experienced any noise or neighbor issues and everyone was very friendly. Felt very save and secure throughout my stay. Staff always took care of any maintenance issues promptly. Highly recommend for a nice quiet place with a great staff. Good value for the money.
Move in was easy and great. The staff walked us through every little thing. Everyone on the staff has been so kind and generous and helpful. When I moved in the apartment was spotless and clean and they really had payed attention to every little detail. I’m so thankful I have found this place. The amenities are awesome. 2 pools, 2 gyms, a dog park and car wash and more. The price is also amazing too. It’s very affordable. This place is a 10/10!
They were very kind, and took into consideration our needs and wants and most definitely satisfied both. So so happy we chose the canyons, Charles was a great help
