Popped in around 3pm to purchase a gift certificate. Was completely ignored at the door. As I am disabled and use a cane, standing and waiting is difficult. Finally, somebody walked in from the outside and when he walked right past me, I got the feeling he worked there. I loudly said “excuse me” as the music was so incredibly loud and he turned and looked at me like I was garbage. Food's good, and this is really the only bad experience I've had, but it really shouldn't take ten minutes for someone to come acknowledge me at the front of house. If it's slammed, at least tell me someone will be with me shortly, don't make me wait for, again, ten minutes while multiple servers look my way and continue to ignore me. Again, food's good, decent place if you dig sports, but get it together and welcome people.
What a waist of time , they have a nice patio, go for dinner on a nice hot summer night at 6pm , nope they close the patio at 6??? Poor management. Inconsistency on food. Inconsistency on service. I recommend to save your money or go somewhere better.
