The Campus Edge was my first residence after moving back to Muncie, a lucky break given my subsequent experiences renting from others. They are prompt, careful, and have some very nice downtown apartments if you can catch an opening. Locally owned and persevered, they're a fantastic alternative to the impersonal and uninvolved apartment leasing otherwise available in Muncie.
They have great communication and are super helpful. If I had a maintenance issue, they would pretty much be available the next day and were always really kind! Highly recommend renting from them!
Campus Edge is a great place to rent with. They are professional and actually care about their tenants.
Love this place, lots of space for a one-bedroom. Love the staff they are always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Also very friendly when helping with problems and usually get back within 24 hrs
The Campus Edge staff is great, every one of them I've spoken to are all pleasant and professional. The maintenance is awesome and quick to respond to requests. Really can't say enough about them company. If your looking for a rental, check them out. I would and do recommend Campus Edge to everyone.
