I’ve been a client since 2014, but unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. I requested a loss run on November 6, and despite numerous follow-ups via email and phone, I still haven’t received it as of November 22. Communication has been a consistent issue for a while but since June 2024, with calls and emails often going unanswered. After 10 years as a client, I expected better.
