I had a great experience yesterday with the sales associate, Doug. I went into the store thinking I wanted to buy a light kit that was just blah but ended up leaving with a system that I can grow with. The process to find the combo was a long one and Doug (Dougie Fresh) had so many great ideas, he really brings a lot to the business. I have to say without his skills yesterday I would of bought a system that wasn't anything to brag about and the store would of only made have of the profits. Excellent experience! I cannot believe I've lived here my whole life and I just discovered these guys; John was a big help! I will be back and I doubt I'll use the big box stores again - keeping my business local is very important to me.
