The guys over at the camera corner are top notch folks. Doug is usually the guy that helps me out. When you talk to him he treats you like you've been friends for ever. He helps you with what you need and doesn't pressure you with things you don't. If budget is an issue, he always has alternative suggestions to get you to where you wanna be. This place is AMAZING!!!!! They helped me out so so much today!!! The customer service is on point- Doug talked me through buying a camera and equipment for an hour or so!!!! Thank you guys!!
So 2 weeks ago today, I bought my daughter a new Canon set up. Yesterday she was taking pictures at the drag strip, and the display became inverted (upside down). Frustrated, we went back to Camera Corner wondering the outcome. I am pleased to say, they exchanged the faulty equipment and made things right! You won't get that kind of service on line! Blown away by the customer service I received on my first ever visit. What I thought would be a big, expensive problem was solved in about 20 minutes thanks to the fact that they carry used lenses and knowledgeable staff. I learned so much in that short time, too! Thanks, Doug J., for taking care of me. Wish I'd stopped in sooner!!
