Just moved in and already enjoying it here. Staff is friendly and things are pretty quiet so far. Had a couple of maintenance issues when we moved in, which were resolved very quickly! Hope the rest of our time here is as peaceful.
I love living here, it's great and quiet! The only improvement that could be made is adding a pool!!
Falling Waters is the best place to live that I've found so far in the lufkin area. All bills paid, reasonable prices, GREAT management and quick response time for any issues that you may have! Also a plus is the great environment and the tenants are friendly! Strongly recommend!!
