I stayed at Falling Water apartments in 2017. I had a LOT of issues with this place. My first week after I moved in there was a MAJOR water leak that came in through the corner in the living room. Took a few days before they figured out where the water was coming from and so it destroyed some of my stuff because I had a puddle of water that was came out from the corner 4 feet. Best part of this complex is the management and maintenance staff. They are always accommodating and welcoming. Always available to fix any issues!
