Terrible experience living at the Calhoun Greenway. The staff was absolutely horrible and they do not respect their residents. I wouldn't suggest that anyone live here, it will cause them nothing but stress and irritation. Living here was easily one of the worst choices I've made. Highly discourage anyone from making that mistake too.
RecommendedI have been living at the Greenway for 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is very kind and helpful. When there is a maintenance issue it is handled quickly, usually same day. The summer is the best, so much around to do. The pool, grills, and fun summer activities the staff schedule for residents make the Greenway a great place to call home.
Frequent power and water outages. Limited parking after 6pm. Appliances are old and break frequently. Packages not delivered in a timely manner. Ground floor smells like smoke. Locked front door frequently propped open (security risk). Packages left in a pile on the ground instead of in mailboxes. Management generally unresponsive until pressed to complete repairs. Will not be renewing our lease.
