I bought 6 cupcake the girl ran my bank card then realized after she was done that there was no paper in the machine to give me a receipt or to sign so she gets another girl to put paper in and runs my card again so I call my bank to listen to last transactions let her listen she still doesn’t believe me and had to wait 15 minutes while they called there card place then she takes my card to return my money doesn’t apologize or anything was very rude not to mention cupcakes were old !

Well mixed feelings because we did get a cake not long ago and it was good and then I came in Saturday and they were out of the uniced sugar cookie. So I got a mix of a few bags of things a few was the raspberry filled cookie sitting on the counter under the glass dome which was under cooked and dough like. Then ate some of the pumpkin ice cookies and they were stale along with my other cookies and my iced sugar cookie with icing which I’ve never had issues seemed dry. i ordered a last minute birthday cake for my mother and it was absolutely gorgeous! it surpassed m expectations since I literally called in the morning that I needed it. great customer service and the cake tasted great. super moist and perfect buttercream icing! i have been her in the past but this will be my "go to" bakery moving forward!
We used them for our wedding cake and cupcakes. We ordered three cupcake flavors with one specialty flavor and two basic flavors - they didn’t make our specialty cupcake but still charged us for it. We dropped off our cake topper to be placed on the cake when they delivered it but they lost it. I called and asked for a reimbursement for my cake topper and for the specialty cupcake, which they apologized and said they would pay us back, but they never did.
