The food is great. The service not so much. We are left to wait for refills and this is after being walked by several times and it's obvious we have empty glasses and/or bottles. The waitress/bartender is too busy doing shots with the customers to pay attention to other patrons. It doesn't matter if we sit at the bar or a table. We are always overlooked. Absolutely Love OUR West O Caddy!! However, how about a few extra hands on a busy Wednesday!! You know you have specials... Need someone behind the bar and at least two on the floor.... !!!! Nobody wants to wait that long for their next drink...
Loved the atmosphere, food and service. Very fresh, fast and relaxing to be. Prices and quantity very reasonable unlike most places that charge you 10.00 for an appetizer and u get 5 pieces. I have been bragging on fb how you won several new customers out of me!! Bravo!!! My boss loves your place and told me to try and you didn't let him nor my hopes of great food and service down.
