Solid menu with a wide variety to select from. I've had multiple items and they taste "home cooked" and not processed. The bar itself is very laid back and the people that go there are quick to strike up conversation with strangers. Definately a place anyone feels welcome. Day bartender Amber Johnson fit's right in with good conversation and you won't have to go looking for her when you want another round or when it's time to settle up. Trish and Nanci are excellent and they give nothing but excellent service! The food is also amazing.
The bartender, Caressa, could get off her cell phone. She literally spent over 3 hours on it last night, including video chatting. She is harassing her ex's friends and Jay and Nanci have given her carte blanche to do so. The message is clear though, if you work for Jay Johnson you don't need to do your job to stay employed. You can mess around on your phone for 3+ hours and not have consequences. If anyone reports you, it is their fault for reporting you. If you order to go, make sure your order is correct. Ordered all flats, got home and they gave us all drummies. Dumb f's. I don't like drummies. Ugh. No dinner for me now.
