Management is horrible but neighbors For the location, rent is very reasonable but management is horrible. The building is paid off so the owners are making pure profit, They should invest that money in new elevators that don't break down like every other month. I lived there for five years and the whole time I could never have heat or a/c at the same time. In the winter maintenance fixed the heat but the air would stop working. When they fixed the a/c the heater would stop working. Living in Houston that can be an headache.... read more
