Verified Renter Don't live here. The only thing worth while is the view and the maintenance guys. Everything reeks of marijuana, the halls and elevators are filthy and the elevators breakdown every week. The owners don't put any money into improving the building, he barely invests in keeping it running.
Business response:

Verified Renter I love living at The Cabochon. Have met some delightful people and families who live here. Having an elevator sure makes my life easier, and there is usually people having coffee or working at the computers downstairs if I feel the need to socialize. It's a clean building, doing touch up paint if a mover dings the wall. Well maintained.
Verified Renter I love living here at the Cabochon. Great location, happy with my apartment and excellent staff.
