It was packed with people when I first arrived. Although I was surprised how quick the service was. I got the full plate of French toast and they were the best french toast iv ever had!!! Definitely will go again on my next trip to Santa Cruz!

Bought some items for the holidays, got home and they were all destroyed. Not happy at all. Have picture but can not post it here!
Was in today for a late afternoon capuccino. It was looking unkempt. Both trash cans overflowing. Empty used cups left on counters by the trash can. Floor appeared not to have been swept since opening. Bits of crumpled paper. coffee lids, straws, etc. Tables uncleared. Certainly not up to standard. Not sure what the problem is. Staffing or management, or both. It wasn't exceptionally crowded, staff were not engaged otherwise. Maybe job distribution needs attention.
My Club Sandwich was EXCELLENT! I Love this place and will keep coming back! :)
