I’ve always loved The Buttery, it’s been a staple in my family. Birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bread, we get it all at the Buttery. Service can be frustrating due to the popularity but it’s worth a little wait! The staff was pleasant and friendly with smiles and wishes for a great day. Did I mention their coffee is awesome too?!?!? Check them out! 😎

I love this place but I don't love the morons who patronize it and don't have their act together when their number's called. Known what you want. Have your payment ready. Pull your head out of your A$$. You are not the center of the world.
When you cancel a cake less than an hour after ordering it and the pick up isn't for another 72 hours, don't expect a refund, EVER. zero communication, zero refund, only TONS of excuses. Pretty sad when the manager can't even use their POS system to do a refund.
Loved the wedding cake the Buttery made for Janine and David's wedding at Nestldown in Los Gatos. Gorgeous cake and tasted incredible. It's hard to make a cake that tastes as good as it looks, but this one was really special. This is the perfect place to get a wedding cake!
