I made an appointment on May 30th for June 7th for a consult. I moved meeting etc... to make this date work. The day of my appointment, as a new client, I got a text from Morgan saying she can no longer keep my appointment and that Monday works better for her. In my opinion this hairdresser does not value customers and their time.
