Worst experience ever with a rental. They tack on tons of unexplained fees, charge the tenants for broken down appliances by no fault of the tenants as well as maintenance cost for repairs due to old worn out appliances. When I came home and the city had turned off the water that was all I could take. I cut off the lock, took a shower and left cutting my losses. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Customer service is horrible and makes you feel you have dealt with con artist. I lived here when previous owners had it and it was the Bungalows. I moved into a 3 bedroom home and now recently downsizing due to an empty nest. Because my first experience was so amazing I quickly reapplied to move back and the worker Lizette is so impersonal and unprofessional. Paid for covered parking from 8/25/23 to 3/18/24 and my parking spot was given away to a new resident
