The company was both knowledgeable and helpful in the home sale and probate process. All steps were clear and they did not hesitate to answer any questions. The price offered was absolutely fair and would recommend them to other customers.

I was told he would come back to me with a quote, but never did. Which seemed weird because how can you give a quote for a home if you never seen it in pictures or in person? ... The first question I got from him was, "how much are you hoping to sell the house for?", which is a typical predatory question. I can't imagine any of these reviews being true, because how is anyone going to be happy by selling their home for way less vs putting it on the market? I would stay away from this "investor".
