I've lived in Winters my whole life, and the Buckhorn has always been a part of it in one way or another. Between being my first job, and the place we go for special occasions, it's a huge part of this town. That being said, I've eaten there enough to know how good it is. Even when it's busy, or your server isn't on their A game, I've never had an experience that would make me not want to go back.
