The Hub At Baton Rouge Apartments (Baton Rouge, LA) These people are not professional at all! **Stay away!! Needs 0 stars. This is for The Kenzie in Birmingham. They knowingly allowed me to move into a building that had consistent noise issues prior to me even living there as a student. The office admitted they knew about the noise prior via email. Not just any noise - but rattling my entire unit music coming from a neighbor that they allow to continue to live there and disturb others. Where do I begin. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever done business with. Avenue 5 The Modern Apartments Denver is the biggest disaster I have experienced and unfortunately had the displeasure of living at. Leasing office doesn’t answer the main phone lines or respond to email about any issues or complaints. September 3, 2019 I submitted my rent payment through the resident portal. Prior to that I had forgotten to change my stored billing information due to my checking account being compromised on August 25, 2019. I didn't realize the simple mistake until I received an alert from the bank. I immediately emailed The Haven Apartment Homes to make them aware of this and to ask what I needed to do next..
