Deceitful & Unethical behavior from staff and management (Toni & Rachel)!! Trinity's staff has made a promise to reimburse me for my Uhaul extended keep and other fees when they did not have my apartment ready for me to move in on the day agreed upon. You can do everything right and ReNew at the Shops will get it wrong! I cosigned for my daughter and her roommates in May 2016. We signed a year lease and paid rent on time EVERY SINGLE MONTH. When we moved out in June 2017, we turned in everything, three employees were there to witness this, including Laura. Low and behold about 21 days later, they charged us for keys and remotes that they saw us turn in. They even checked them off the list. Horrible, unprofessional, and non responsive people. Took my money without me being approved and now telling to to call my bank to dispute the charge to get my refund.
THEY ARE NOT A SENIOR PLACE ANYMORE! After being lied by phone of all the online ads they do ALL THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN STOPPED. I STILL HAVE A LONG LIDT OF THINGS NOT FIXED. THE POOL IS NEVER CLEANED, THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE TOO. I LIVE IN A WHEELCHAIR, I WAS VERY UPSET TO SEE MY DOOR ENTRANCE IS IN A CORNER! I'm actually leasing an one bedroom apartment at the Hudson of westchase. I have several problems.
