Horrible experience with Gail Hillman. She lacked proper communication and never provided informative updates. I had to constantly ask for update and my phone calls were never over 5 min. She would tell me one thing and the builder another. I feel like I wasted months and a lot of money on her and the credit guy she referred at FRS credit. We were so happy to part ways and move forward with another builder, who is already providing a DETAILED plan to get us started with a new build. I highly do not recommend Cross Country!!!

Monica at Cros Country Mortgage is a veteran in the loan business. She is trustowthey and hardworking and as her colleague I have seen many examples of her talent and work ethic. I wouldn't consider a loan with anyone else!
Kyle Rohrbaugh and Andrea hall were awesome through the whole process. I started my pre-approval when I was abroad and the first half of the loan process. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I couldn’t have bought my home without them.
Kyle and his entire team made our refinance process a breeze. From applying via the mobile app to regular updates along the way they made us feel taken care of at every step. That is really hard to do in a good business environment but excruciatingly difficult when you are dealing with a pandemic and numerous team members, vendors and more working from home or on various schedules. Thank you for your guidance and support in achieving our refinance goals amid crisis around us all. You guys are rock stars!
Terrible service!!! Would never consider them for any business. From unprofessional to rude. No needs analysis but either apply for the loan or we hang up on you!!
