My wife and I were very nervous when we decided to take this step, we got even more nervous when some issues came up with my first loan company, by then Dave came into the picture and Miraculously made this deal happen and made our loan possible, my wife and I are very thankful to have met him.
Business response:
Hi Jorge Valencia! Thank you for the great review. We appreciate the kind words. Congrats on the new home!
We worked with Stuart Shanefield and he was amazing. He made the process feel so easy and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend working with him!
awesome to work with!😊 always available for questions, helped out tremendously when we hit a few hiccups with the title company, and we still managed to close early! then today i recieved an unexpected package at my door and it was a little wireless speaker as a housewarming gift!😁 so nice. thank you!
The best company that I have ever worked for!
Great loan programs, excellent resources, and top notch leaders for mortgage professionals looking for a company where they can grow and succeed.

There are a number of reasons why a person may have seemed eligible to repay a particular loan amount before those types of documents were reviewed, job status being just one.
