Stay far away from this builder. While I did not build a house with them, they built the house immediately behind mine. They dug in my back yard to access the sewer line and did not repair the damage. This occurred over a year ago. I was told that they would repair the damage as the house got closer to completion, which did not happen. I have been in contact with 4 different individuals over the last year including the owner that promised to have the repairs completed, but this has not happened. It’s rare that I write reviews but if I do.. you know we’ve been treated badly. We bought a Brumble construction home. We moved in to a house that was not completed.. was falling apart & had lots of issues. We moved from out of state so we moved in without being able to deeply investigate the home but with it being new construction we assumed it would be in great shape. We’ve had HVAC issues, to our cat getting stuck in void spaces, things coming apart & warranty not coming out to fix. We’ve had punch list items that never g... read more
