The customer service is amazing! We loved 'Frankie' in the Tavern. 55 YEARS he has been working here! We keep eating there just to be taken care of by him. Such a nice guy. Valet, bellman, concierge were all wonderful. The two men I talked with arty check in were kinda bland, but, hey, you can't win them all.
I felt like I was tranformed back into a truly elegant time. Gorgeous property, excellent service. I loved this precious piece of history.
The only place to stay in Denver! Outstanding staff, amazing architecture, lovely rooms. Good enough for the Beatles, good enough for us!
I was just there with my sister from out of town for high tea. She just loved it! This is the 4th time I have been and the food, tea and total experience is always wonderful!
