Wow they treated me like Royalty! Shout out from Matthew who took my bags to my amazing amazing amazing room , to Mr. Terry who checked me in and was the BEST and our waitress Hiwat who got me a special meal because of my diet. The hotel is amazingly beautiful still in holiday spirit and room is over the top with a separate dressing room, Keurig , deep spa bathtub and walk in shower with amazing bedding and mattress. Thank you for making me feel sooooo special �����
We spent two nights here, never felt so wrapped up in Denver's history, loved every minute of it and would love to come back some day. I still use the picture of the bed with rose petals on it for my cover page. It was a lovely time. <3
Best New Year's Eve downtown Denver experience ever.
Every detail of my visit was outstanding!!! Room was spectacular, food terrific, drinks were spot on and service was impeccable!! Thank you Brown Palace for a wonderful New Year's Eve!!!!

NOT AT ALL PLEASED by Joyce from Ellyngton's 6:40 am call about afternoon brunch -who raised you young lady? You really think a weekend guest wants a call that early? Sad. Will say the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays as usual, wish I could say the same for some of their guests. I welcome facilities having a dress attire.
Great food and a great place to sit and visit with friends :)
