I took my children to the Brown Palace for my daughter's 4th birthday. She wanted to have a 'princess tea.' I was a little worried about bringing two young children to tea, and that the staff (and other patrons) might be snobby. But everyone was incredibly nice and gracious. The pianist played her "Happy Birthday" while our waiter brought out a cupcake with a candle. The pianist also played a medley of birthday songs for her. Our waiter was incredibly nice and patient. I think the Brown Palace was just heavenly! The beautiful mill work and iron banisters took me back to the late 1800. The hotel was restored beautifully. The location ,perfect. The staff was top drawer. I can't wait to go back!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Our room was very clean and well stocked. The atmosphere is very relaxed here. I think what completely won me over was the staff. The staff here are so kind and will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome and comfortable. A special shout out to Isaac who made us feel like appreciated guests.
