On 6/13/25 we had a hard rain resulting in water over topping one corner of my house. I had guards placed for this specific problem and now it is back. I have filled out forms on the web sent texts and messages and finally called somone that would answer the phone.Three days later I get email from snicky woman who won't just send someone out to look. Run don't walk to some other company.
Customer service is horrible. Not responsive at all.
The scheduling process went well and it was relatively quick to get an estimate and get someone out to clean our gutters. When I was concerned about one of our downspouts not being properly cleaner, I reached out to let them know and was informed they would come back if I notice anything post a rain. Well, my suspicion was confirmed and definitely the downspout that I had my eye on was not cleaned as expected. Reached back out and was told someone would come to look at it but nothing.
