They were very nice and the building is beautiful I would recommend staying their
I lived here for almost 3 years and honestly, I'm so sad to have left though the area is in a rough state- this building is wonderfully maintained and full of some of the best people I've come across in downtown The staff at the property always made me feel heard seen and taken care of, as well as safe as a female living alone in Dtla Carlos, the security guard is always taking his job so serious and I respect that a lot and the way he protects the property and residents. I've been a tenant at Brockman Lofts for a year and a half, and it's been an amazing experience. The entire staff, from valet, security, maintenance, and management, have left a lasting impression on me. They are a WONDERFUL and POSITIVE team. Michael and Mike's have both consistently executed high-level communication and professionalism. They are the management team ever! I love calling this place home!
