We had a great experience with the Bristol residential letting agents as tenants, specifically with Freya. Freya's quick response and warmth were greatly appreciated after a terrible start to our tenancy with our previous letting agents (Sandstone). Our issues were resolved almost immediately, and Freya always checked in/ went the extra mile where she could. It was easy to book in a viewing & Lucy had lots of patience in showing us around & answering all of mum's questions (after living in the same house for 40 years, this temporary change was big) It's great to know the team are there if needed and at the end of the phone for any questions or problems. Great experience so far in dealing with the Bristol Residential Letting Company. After nearly a month of endless flat viewings, I’ve finally been able to find a suitable property. Tom was a great help! I was able to view a property, submit my offer and get confirmation on whether it had been accepted or not, all within the same day!
