I’ve been renting under Bristol Res Let for a while now and it’s the best experience I’ve had as a tenant. Freya in particular has been a god send, always going above and beyond for me and my house mates, I could not recommend them enough.
Freya was incredible for the whole duration she was our property manager! Before being managed by Bristol ResLet, we had a couple of other letting agents who weren't the best - Freya was a breath of fresh air. She quickly fixed all of the issues that we had with the property, was very responsive when we had later issues and queries, and even found and returned money to myself and my partner that had been incorrectly taken by the previous letting agents!
