Thin walls ever changing management after my lease was up i. Moved out and 6 months later they told me I was under another lease and owed the 6 months of rent
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Your car will get broken into! My car has been broken into TWICE in 5 months. The building has cameras but they aren’t good enough to get a good picture of who’s breaking into cars. I can’t wait til my lease is up! I might move beforehand!
Update: this place is just disgusting! The most inconsiderate people live here! I’m visiting and people dogs are barking on a school day at 2AM !! Trash in lobby is always full and halls and elevators are dirty and smell like dog ! I would NOT recommend living here!
I’ve been here for almost 2 years. Legend property group isn’t great overall. The walls are thin but my neighbors have been understanding, no complaints. The maintence workers respond fast. When the elevator is broken, it takes long to fix. My car has been broken into but nothing damaged. Decent visitor parking. I’m ONLY giving 4 stars because our newest leasing manager, Jennifer B., has been amazing!
