Jaime is a wonderful building manager and having Amy as a resource has been a life-saver. I love that this is a pet friendly environment and my apartment has amenities I am beyond grateful for. The community here is friendly and inclusive. There are several parks within walking distance, including the one located on site. Private patio area with a few gas grills and tables for enjoying summer time nights. Close to a general store and a gas station for convenience.
From the time that I applied to move in to the move-in day Jaime was kind, thoughtful and thorough. She is very detail oriented so anything that needed to be taken care of she was more than willing to work with me. The building is spacious and beautiful. My home was clean and you could tell it was well kept. If you are looking for a new home look to The Bridgewell.

This is my first experience with affordable housing. The experience w/Jaime from application to move in has been great. Move in was not without a few hiccups. Jaime immediately found work arounds until repairs could be completed. I would have to say my good experience here at Bridgewell is due to the kindness and competence of Jaime. Also I feel very comfortable with Trevor coming in and doing repairs. He is very approachable.
