Came to this facility for help getting a prescription. After 5 months of jumping through hoops and still no prescription I’ve had enough. Literally feel like I need help for the anxiety and stress they’ve caused. This must be their technique. I’m filing complaints with my insurance company as well. The people are nice, but the level of incompetence is unsettling. You must wait a month in between visits to find out they still didn’t get the information they needed. Months later still the same problem. This place sucks.

RecommendedI began to feel peaceful even before reaching the parking lot. Every staff person I encountered personally was professional and kind. No red flags yet. Just now beginning journey. If I feel the need to update this down the road, I will.
Dangerous for those with Disabilities!!! My child has a diagnosed spinal disorder. She has been prescribed pain medication as needed. She also has assistive devices to keep her spine in alignment. We were assured she could have those items during check-in. The hospital denied my daughter her pain medication for 11 hours and did not give her her assistive devices. No failed to probably contact families upon.
I want to know why Bridgeway would diagnose my father with dementia and not try to contact any family members and drop him off in a parking lot of a shelter and expect him to check in a week ago. I also want to know why yell county which had my phone number did not let me know that they were transporting him to North Little Rock Bridgeway. My dad has been on the streets for awhile but now on the streets not knowing where he is. They were very thorough we spent over 2 hrs talking with assessment person then the nurse came in and did drug test and it came back clear. They are writing letter for judge to know all they saw while assessing him very thorough very nice
Love mrs Jenny in php her classes our amazing and rally halping em lern so much wiht facing things that have caused ptsd and anxiety. Dr kang is perfect also! My impatient stay had some amazing staff nurse Ravi was so helpful with keeping me less scard and moer comfortable and dr Jarvis is very grate at his job!
the staff is very friendly and caring.
