Came to this facility for help getting a prescription. After 5 months of jumping through hoops and still no prescription I’ve had enough. Literally feel like I need help for the anxiety and stress they’ve caused. This must be their technique. I’m filing complaints with my insurance company as well. The people are nice, but the level of incompetence is unsettling. You must wait a month in between visits to find out they still didn’t get the information they needed. Months later still the same problem. This place sucks.
Dangerous for those with Disabilities!!! My child has a diagnosed spinal disorder. She has been prescribed pain medication as needed. She also has assistive devices to keep her spine in alignment. We were assured she could have those items during check-in. The hospital denied my daughter her pain medication for 11 hours and did not give her her assistive devices.
