I think the facility is beautiful. The people and staff are very caring. My mother has been here since April and we have been pleased.
My mother has been at the Bridge since they opened in August of 2014. Her care has been beyond exceptional! The staff is the most caring, compassionate staff I have ever experienced, especially in a day when care and customer service are being forgotten. My mom loves the Bridge, she calls it her home. Her nurses and medical assistants go the extra mile to assure her comfort and happiness. They treat their employees very poorly and I hear they neglect their residents, too.
Great friendly environment to have your loved ones here. I feel great knowing my grandmother is taken very good care of!!!!
