Not even worth one star rating. Very poor customer service, extremely unprofessional. We stopped after appointment at another bridal shop to look at their dresses, realizing no appointment had been made. Sales rep very rude, kept looking at her watch even though over half an hour until closing. We left after several comments made by her about no time, no rooms available. We were there to get an idea of inventory and possibly schedule appointment. They lost any possible sale to bride, 9 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls. Their l... read more
They don't even deserve one star. They are very unprofessional. My cousin not only got her wedding dress there but all the bridesmaids dresses to and can't even give her a date when they will be in they just tell her they will be in before her wedding day and its the middle of January and her wedding is in the middle of March and the dresses where ordered and paid for in November. Seriously unprofessional and are rude!
They don't even deserve a star. I have never been treated so rude in a shop. I was asked if I needed help and when I said I was just starting to look around for a dress I was handed a broacher and that was it. I could have been bringing the bride and her party back in the future . They were more worried about a new hire and not a costumer. I hope your not going there for CUSTOMER SERVICE, they are poor on that.
