had an appointment at 2:30pm. called me at 2:30 to cancel the appointment. fun way to ruin a girls dream day with her friends!
I don’t know what’s going on with this business, but it was nothing like the pictures online. We thought it was closed when we first arrived, with paper on the windows and no sign. Then, despite leaving a note when booking the appointment that we were interested in a specific designer, we were told at the appointment that they no longer carried those dresses. They only had a handful of dresses on the rack. Overall a bizarre experience. They need to update their online presence to represent themselves accurately.

Martina made my entire experience finding my wedding dress so pleasant. She was so helpful, calming and not at all pushy or pressuring. It was so much fun and I found the most perfect dress I could ever have imagined. I’m so happy with my experience overall and I highly recommend going to the bridal project to find your wedding dress
