DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was one of the worst inspection company experiences I have ever had! They will tell you they are not responsible for any thing they miss (that should not have been). Yes, there is a 4 foot diameter and 5 foot deep hole I found one month after inspection less than 6" from under my footing wall. There is no reason to miss this and they say that is your problem now.
