This is more of a review after moving out and being ridiculously charged over $500 worth of damages after leaving my apartment in more than great condition. I am disputing and took lots of pictures so I will update once resolved. ***Review edited: After going back and forth they did the right thing and lowered the amount to about 1/3 of the original, so I bumped the review from one star to three. There is a lot of room for improvement on their move out process for sure, but besides that part we loved living here.
I want to start by saying the community itself is beautiful. The property, design, and amenities are impressive. Unfortunately, my experience with the leasing team did not match the quality of the community, and that first impression really impacted how I felt about the property. With my travel, I tend to stay in apartments all over the country. I have a ground floor one bedroom at this apartment complex. I rarely use amenities because I work quite a lot, but it seems they have quite a few amenities. The apartment I'm in is furnished and provided through a third party broker that caters to traveling workers. The apartment is very nice and I have had little in the way of problems. Been living here about 2 years and it’s amazing from day 1. From the office staff (shout out Krista and the crew) to top notch and responsive maintenance (shout out Patrick and his crew) and the well maintained amenities (we’re getting a theatre room, pick all court and frequent residents events), Brick & Mortar has been a wonderful place to call home in Kyle. I had a great experience with the Brick and Mortar District primarily because of Isabella. She made me feel at home as soon as I entered the leasing office. I was blown away by all the amenities and proximity to Sprouts 🤩. I am looking forward to joining this amazing community.
